Saint Kitts and Nevis has once again affirmed its leadership in the global investment migration industry, securing a joint 3rd place in the 2026 Global Citizenship Program Index with a score of 67. The ranking highlights the Federation’s continued strength, credibility, and long-standing reputation as a pioneer of citizenship by investment.

Featured in Residence and Citizenship Programs 2026, the Global Citizenship Program Index forms part of a comprehensive benchmarking report assessing the world’s most important alternative residence and citizenship options. The publication evaluates programs based on factors such as reputation, quality of life, visa-free or visa-on-arrival access, compliance, processing time, transparency, and investment requirements. It also includes expert analysis on private wealth migration, sovereign equity, and the evolving concept of citizenship.

While Malta ranks 1st and Austria 2nd, Saint Kitts and Nevis shares its 3rd-place position with Grenada. Other Caribbean jurisdictions — including Antigua and Barbuda in 5th, Saint Lucia at 6th, and Dominica positioned 7th, also perform strongly, reinforcing the region’s prominence in the global citizenship landscape.
