The academic school year has officially come to a close on Wednesday, July 9^th for public school students across the island.

This comes following the end of the examination period for students at all academic levels in the third school term.

Students from kindergarten to fourth form would have sat a number of exams administered by the Department of Education while fifth and sixth formers would have sat the May-June CXC CSEC/CAPE examinations.

The school term for public school teachers will officially end on Friday, July 11^th. Both students and teachers will be able to indulge in the Summer Break until the recommencement of school for students on Monday, September 1^st, 2025. Teachers, however, will return to duty on Monday August 25^th, 2025.
