Prime Minister and Federal Minister of Finance, Dr. Terrance Drew, officially opened International Credit Union (ICU) Week 2023 on Monday October 16th.
In St. Kitts and Nevis (SKN), the week of activities will run from October 16th – 20th in observance of International Credit Union Day, which is celebrated annually on the third Thursday of October each year which will be (October 19th this year). The theme is “Digital transformation for financial inclusion”.
International Credit Union Day is recognized to reflect upon the credit union movement’s history, promote its achievements, recognize hard work and share member experiences.

There are four (4) Credit Unions in SKN namely: the Nevis Cooperative Credit Union (NCCU), St. Kitts Cooperative Credit Union (SKCCU), Police Cooperative Credit Union (PCCU) and First Federal Credit Union (FFCU).
