SKN Moves Nevis Chapter will hold a Cooking and Quiz Competition in late November. The two-day event will feature a cook off at 10am on Saturday, November 23^rd, at the Jessup’s Community Centre and a Quiz Competition at 6pm on Sunday, November 24th at NEPAC. Currently, the Health Promotion Unit is seeking six solo cooks to participate in this event. Cooking experience would be a benefit.  

This event will be hosted under the theme “COOKING TO REDUCE NCD’s”, provide knowledge on proper cooking and dietary practices can be of great benefit to reducing non communicable diseases such as heart diseases, cancers, diabetes, chronic kidney disease and strokes.
