During his Roundtable discussion on April 9th, Dr. Drew spoke on plans to transform the availability of sickle cell treatment in the federation with the help of a specialist in the field of Hematology out of Germany.

The prime minister spoke on future meetings to be held with medical practitioners in the federation to provide the relevant information as plans progress. He also spoke on the benefits the initiative will provide to the rest of the Caribbean along with the economic and regional strength that could be gained for each country specializing in healthcare.
