SKNANB issues Phishing Scam Alert to Clients

The St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited (SKNANB) is warning customers about an ongoing phishing scam targeting its clients via email and SMS. Fraudsters are sending messages that appear to be from the bank, claiming accounts have been “placed on hold” due to unusual activity and urging recipients to click suspicious links.

These fraudulent communications may request personal or financial information, including login credentials. SKNANB emphasizes that the bank never asks for sensitive information through email or SMS.

Customers are advised to avoid clicking on links or attachments in unsolicited messages and never share banking or login information with unknown sources. Any suspicious messages should be reported immediately by calling 465-2204.

The bank is working closely with authorities to investigate these scams and protect customers’ financial security.
