SKNANB offers new mortgage program for tertiary graduates

The St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank (SKNANB) has announced the commencement of a new mortgage program aimed at college and university graduates.

 

 

 

According to a press release, the APEX Mortgage program is being offered at 3.99% interest and offers up to $1,000,000 providing resources to consolidate consumer and vehicle loans and build or purchase a house. With a repayment period of up to 40 years, the Bank offers solutions that align with the financial aspirations and goals of university graduates.

 

 

 

It also includes a pre-approved Line of Credit and a pre-approved Credit Card. The additions provide enhanced financial flexibility, equipping applicants with the tools needed to shape their lives following the completion of their studies.

 

 

 

The bank welcomes all college and university graduates in St. Kitts and Nevis in order to explore the possibilities and opportunities the initiative could grant for lifelong investments and ventures.
