SKN’s Minister of Foreign Affairs commits to exploring avenues for athletes to excel

Following St. Kitts & Nevis’ admirable performance at the recently concluded 50th Carifta Games in the Bahamas, held over the period April 8th to the 10th, the country’s Minister of Foreign Affairs et. al, has made a commitment to “invest” in athletes, thus paving the way for them to excel.

 

 

 

SKN placed 4th out of 21 countries at the end of the Carifta Games. St. Kitts and Nevis won 11 medals, 5 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze. Jamaica won with a total of 78 medals. Here is Dr. Denzil Douglas speaking at the April 12th Welcome Home Ceremony for the athletes.
