Prime Minister, Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew on behalf of Federal Minister of Tourism, Hon. Marsha Henderson, made remarks during a Plaque Exchange Ceremony on Monday, October 10^th, marking the Inaugural Call of the Seabourn Venture. 

Minister Henderson is representing the Federation at the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) Conference with the Heads of Government and cruise executives. 

The ceremony was organized by the St. Kitts Tourism Authority at Carambola Beach Club where the vessel is docked.  Here is Prime Minister Drew:
