The St. Kitts Tourism Authority (SKTA) in collaboration with the Royal Caribbean Group, is currently holding a Summer Cruise Workshop with members and stakeholders of the Tourism industry on the island.
The training sessions aim to refine and enhance the Cruise sector.
Areas in focus include but are not limited to: learning new strategies that can be used to enhance services within the cruise sector; providing cruise industry personnel with professional knowledge and multi-cultural skills; and refinement of the quality of service to bring in more cruise vessels to the destination.
Groups that have taken part in sessions include: the St. Kitts Scenic Railway’s team, Catamaran Operators, ATV Operators, Open Air Safari Operators and Taxi Operators.
