St. Kitts and Nevis takes part in the Caribe Wave Tsunami Drill Exercise
In an effort to better prepare persons in the federation in the occurrence of a tsunami, a number of schools and businesses took part in the Caribe Wave Tsunami Drill Exercise on Thursday, March 23rd.
On the issuance of the alert via media houses and other means, persons were notified to make way to higher ground until the all clear signal was given.
Speaking to the VONNEWSLINE on the execution of the exercise was Director at the Nevis Disaster Management Department, Mr. Brian Dyer.
