St. Kitts and Nevis to receive 11,700 Pfizer Vaccines from the US

Premier of Nevis and Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Hon. Mark A. G. Brantley gave confirmation on Wednesday that 11,700 Pfizer Vaccines will be arriving to the shores of St. Kitts and Nevis shortly.

The Biden administration began shipping more than 830,000 doses of Pfizer Vaccines to six Caribbean countries as part of its commitment to help the fight against the global pandemic.

 

Mr. Brantley likewise thanked the U.S. administration on choosing the federation as one of six Caribbean countries to receive the vaccines:

Additionally, the Bahamas is expected to receive 397,000 doses followed by Trinidad and Tobago with more than 305,000 doses. Barbados will receive 70,200 doses, 17,550 will go to Antigua while 35,100 are slated for St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
