The St. Kitts Cooperative Credit Union Ltd. (SKCCU) broke ground on the first three homes of its Scenic View Housing Development at Douglas Estate in St. Peter’s on Tuesday, January 6^th, 2025.

The Scenic View Housing Development is one of the union’s products that it offers its members, between various two- and three-bedroom designs. The houses are said to be, “modern, energy-efficient homes designed to meet the needs of families of all sizes.”

Present at the occasion were several members of the SKCCU’s management team, including, CEO Janet Harris. She expressed her gratitude to the contributors of the project, as well as the three members of the union, who “placed their trust in the Credit Union to make their dreams of homeownership a reality.”
