As the St. Kitts Music Festival gets closer, Minister of Tourism et.al, Hon. Marsha Henderson provided more information as it relates to Cannabis smoking at the event, during a press conference held on Monday June 19th.
Once the Freedom of Conscience (Cannabis) Bill, 2023 has been passed during today’s house sitting, the 25th edition of the festival will be the first of its kind in the federation where persons will have the chance to smoke under certain conditions.
These conditions will include smoking in a designated area in accordance to the legislation and preparation of the substance beforehand:
