If you missed the June 30^th deadline to pay your property taxes in St. Kitts, the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) is granting a one (1) month extension.

Customers are encouraged to pay their property taxes by the new deadline (July 31^st, 2026) to avoid penalty charges.

According to their facebook page, persons can pay their outstanding balances online at www.sknird.com by using their SMARTS or QUICKPAY portal.

Taxpayers can also visit the department on the Bay Road to make payments. If persons have difficulties in making payments, they are asked to set up a payment plan with the department that can be tailored to your circumstances.
