Following the passing of the Appropriation (2021) Bill, 2020, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris, mentioned during the Leadership Matters program, the Government’s anticipation for 2021.

The Bill (which is to the tune of $867,919,842.00 dollars), is to provide for the services of Saint Christopher and Nevis for the financial year commencing 1st January 2021 and ending on 31st December 2021.

Moreover, the 2021 Budget is designed to boost economic growth by supporting critical growth drivers such as the agriculture sector, tourism, manufacturing and construction, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.
