Primary School students will once again be awarded $500.00 under the Help-a-Child Program Primary School Scholarship.
Founded in 2004 with 24 children from the four primary schools in Dr. Harris’ constituency, which is from Belle Vue to Ottley’s.
Last year, $42,500 in scholarships that was presented bringing the total amount awarded to date under program to $294,000 dollars and the total number of awardees to 588.
Now entering into its 16th year, Press Secretary to St Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister, Ms. Valencia Grant further explained how many beneficiaries will receive assistance:
