During a brief but cordial ceremony at Government House on Tuesday June 23^rd, Ambassador-Designate of Switzerland, His Excellency Pascal Bornoz, presented his credentials to Her Excellency the Governor-General of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Dame Marcella Liburd.

The presentation of credentials marked an important step in bolstering the diplomatic relations and cooperation between Switzerland and Saint Kitts and Nevis (SKN).

In addition, it reaffirms the shared commitment of both nations to fostering closer ties and mutual understanding.

SKN and Switzerland established diplomatic relations on November 17^th 1992. Moreover, nationals of both countries can enjoy visa-free access (to SKN or to Switzerland) for up to 90 days.
