On Tuesday, December 21st, 2021 the St. Kitts Land Registry Department has officially moved to its permanent new location.
The launch ceremony took place adjacent the department’s new location close to the Court House and the Law Chambers in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
Registrar of Lands, Ms. Dawn Myers, made these remarks regarding the relocation of the Land Registry:

The establishment of the dedicated Land Registry took place in 2017. The new building currently houses the Land Registry and the Intellectual Property Departments. The Law Commission, Legal Aid and Electoral Offices will be relocated at a later date.
