The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) is currently hosting its 10th Tourism Human Resources Conference at the Four Seasons Resort on Nevis.

The expectations of the events are to provide insights on how human resource development can be leveraged to support the growth, development, innovation and competitiveness of the Caribbean tourism sector and to inspire the next generation of tourism professionals.

Present at the conference over the past two days were Premier Hon. Mark Brantley, Secretary-General and CEO of the Caribbean Tourism Organization Dona Regis-Prosper Acting CEO and Director General of the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association Vanessa Ledesma.

Delivering today’s keynote address was President & CEO of Tourism HR Canada Mr. Philip Mondor under the topic “Reimagining the Future of Work”.

Also present were officials from the St. Kitts Tourism Authority, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ellison Thompson, and HR & Operations Manager Ms. Joanne Bedminister. The conference will conclude on Wednesday, November 1st, 2023,
