The letter combination “PC” has been introduced as a new vehicle registration series.

The Traffic Department within the Royal St. Christopher & Nevis Police Force, said this is “due to the continued growth in the number of registered vehicles and the diminishing availability of registration numbers”.

It will facilitate the continued registration of motor vehicles. Existing vehicle registration numbers remain valid and are not affected by this change.

This come almost a decade after the “PB” (for private vehicles) and “G” (for Government vehicles) series were introduced.

The series, officially introduced on March 6th 2017, were approved by the Ministry of Transport, because previous series (ranging from P1 to P9999 and PA1 to PA9999) had run out due to an increase in vehicle demand.
