Travelers urged to use only official channels to access eTA System for entry into the Federation

The Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis is warning all travelers not to use unauthorized third party websites and mobile applications that are “falsely advertising Electronic Travel Authorizations (eTAs) or e-Visas for entry into the Federation.”

This comes as earlier this June, Saint Kitts and Nevis Electronic Border Management System (SKN e-Border) was launched with biometric corridor system and digital authorization for modernized entry into the federation aligning with global standards.

The Ministry of National Security has stated that these unauthorized platforms or agents charging fees for “eTA processing,” “e-Visas,” or “expedited services” are fraudulent and potentially dangerous.

There is a high risk of data compromise of personal and financial data, identity theft, exorbitant fake fees, finally, invalid travel documents that could result in the denial of entry into the federation.

Persons are urged to only use the two official government operated channels, the website: www.knatravelform.kn and the mobile application: “e-Border – St. Kitts & Nevis”, that is available for download App Store for iOS and Google Play for Androids. Persons can verify that they are using the correct app by ensuring that “Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis” is listed as the developer before downloading.

These are the sole sources endorsed by the federal government to access Immigration/Customs ED Forms and eTAs to gain secure and valid entry to the federation.
