That’s from the Nevis Disaster Management Department (NDMD).

The Department mentioned on social media that “this system, which as of Friday carried a 70% chance of cyclone formation, now has a 0% chance.”

NHC noted that tropical cyclone activity is not expected in the Atlantic basin during the next 7 days.

However, NDMD stated “in light of this quiet period, we encourage individuals to continue reviewing and updating their hurricane preparedness plans. Preparing now helps reduce stress should any unexpected changes arise later in the season.”
