Two men charged for forensic lab breaking

Two men have been charged with breaking into the Federation’s Forensic Lab. The criminal offence was committed on October 2nd, 2023 at the Tabernacle Forensic Lab, St. Kitts.

 

Inon Nias and Vernon Nias Junior, both of Greenlands have been charged for the offence of Building Breaking with Intent.  Both men were charged at the Basseterre Police Station with Vernon Nias Junior being charged on December 18th, 2024 and Inon Nias being charged on December 19th, 2024.

 

This charge is in addition to four (4) charges previously laid against Inon Nias this year, namely: Possession of Ammunition; Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply; the Murder of Shacquille Chumney (which occurred in April 2024); and the Murder of Jimmy Allen (which occurred in February 2024).
