Two men in St. Kitts have been handed down sentences to be served in His Majesty’s Prison (HMP).
Adonis Mitrell Concepcion of Central Street, McKnight, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offence of Building Breaking and Larceny. The offence was committed on September 10th, 2024. Having pleaded guilty, Mr. Concepcion was convicted and sentenced to be incarcerated for twelve months. His sentence was handed down on July 1st, 2025, by Her Honour Mrs. Rhonda Nisbett-Browne at the Basseterre Magistrate Court.
Additionally, Sylvester Hodge of Fort Thomas Road, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offence of Simple Larceny, committed on December 22nd, 2024. Mr. Hodge entered a plea of “not guilty” and was found guilty after trial. As a result, he was convicted and sentenced on June 30th, 2025, to serve years imprisonment by Her Honour Mrs. Rhonda Nisbett-Browne.
Furthermore, Kyle Roberts of Market Street, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences of Possession of Cocaine and Possession of a Controlled Drug to wit Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (Ecstasy). The offences were committed on July 6th, 2025, at Charlestown, Nevis. Mr. Roberts was shortly thereafter charged at the Charlestown Police Station.
