As residents and citizens of Nevis, particularly residents of the St. Thomas’ Parish, gear up for the By-election, Community Activist, Mr. Samuel Williams, has expressed his views regarding that event.

The by-election is slated for this Thursday Mar. 5^th.

The candidates vying for the St. Thomas’ Parish seat are: Mrs. Cleone Stapleton Simmonds of the Nevis Reformation Party (NRP) whose symbol is the bottle and Mr. Keith Scarborough of the Concerned Citizens Movement (CCM), whose symbol is the hammer.
