The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force are investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Nevis on December 22nd, 2023, between 6pm and 7pm.

Initial investigations indicate that a single masked and armed male assailant entered a business establishment, stole a sum of money from the register, then fired two rounds of ammunition while making his getaway. No one was injured in the process.

The Crime Scene Unit of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force processed the scene and collected some items of evidential value. The public will be kept appropriately informed of the investigation as it develops.
