That was Director General of the OECS Commission, Dr. Didacus Jules, speaking on the “ECCB Digital Dialogues” Program hosted by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank. 

As one of the pilot countries for the Digital ECCB Currency the DXCD-Carib Pilot Project on March 12^th 2019, St. Kitts and Nevis has not been left out in the transition towards an electronic means of operation due to the pandemic.
