During Tuesday’s edition of the Let’s Talk Programme, the panel engaged in a discussion about the federation’s near forty years as an Independent Nation, with the question: “Where do the people of Nevis stand in the annual celebration of Independence?’

Even as the goal behind the observance is to reminisce and celebrate the progress of both islands as nation, it has been hinted at that Nevisians might not “feel” the same level of jubilance when the time of year come around.
