Will added travel restriction at Immigration and Customs Point of entry deter travelers from traveling?

Before the pandemic, travel requirements have been implemented at ports of entry in countries around the world, to mitigate potential threats to their people.  

 

As a result of the pandemic, additional travel requirement are anticipated to be implemented in countries to safe guard their local population against diseases.   

 

Prime Minister – Dr. The Hon. Timothy Harris, during his Press Conference on October 1st 2020, disclosed that St. Kitts and Nevis was not an exception: 

 

 

Given these changes, will new travel requirements implemented in St. Kitts and Nevis deter travelers from traveling to and from the federation?
