Will St. Kitts and Nevis’ borders fully reopen in October?

On April 6^th, Medical Chief of Staff at the JNF General Hospital, Dr. Cameron Wilkinson, indicated that the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis is aiming for a full reopening in October of 2021.

At the time, the upsurge in Covid-19 cases, hospitalizations nor deaths, did not occur in St. Kitts & Nevis.

Given the current circumstances, will St. Kitts and Nevis’ borders fully reopen in October 2021?

During the latest NEOC briefing Dr. Wilkinson gave this response:
