Winair to resume flights to Nevis, starting March 15th
Nevis’ Premier, the Hon. Mark Brantley, speaking on February 29th. The announcement is as a result of negotiations with the airline and part of the NIA’s effort to boost air traffic at the Vance Amory International Airport.
WINAIR, an acronym for Windward Islands Airways International NV, is a government-owned Dutch airline based in St. Maarten. In light of the announcement, WINAIR is offering an introductory rate at US $115 plus tax. This offer will be available from March 15th to June 15th 2024, according to the Nevis Tourism Authority. For St. Kitts, an expansion of its flight services officially began on January 15th 2024, with WINAIR connecting St. Kitts to Dutch St. Maarten, St. Kitts to Antigua, St. Kitts to Dominica and St. Kitts to Tortola.
