That was the voice of Permanent Secretary and Chair of the Independence 39 Committee, Sharon Rattan. 

The Independence 39 Theme Competition was launched by the Committee on the evening of Friday, August 26^th and ended at Midnight on Sunday, August 28^th, 2022.

During that time, there were 413 submissions according to P.S. Rattan.  

She added that the Committee was pleased as to the number of submissions made in such a short time and credited strategic marketing and the use of social media on the competition’s success.
