The Eden Brown Church of God Women of Worth Group and the Department of Gender Affairs on Nevis will be hosting an event in celebration of International Women’s Day on Saturday, March 18th, 2023.
An interactive session, competition and other festivities are expected to take place at the Malcolm Guishard Recreational Park. There will be an ‘I AM’ Visioning Workshop from 9am to 2pm while a “Plumher” Women Competition will take place from 2pm to 5pm.
Although registration for the workshop is now closed, Interim Director of the Department of Gender Affairs, Ms. Saros Hendrickson is still strongly encouraging persons to support the competition and take part in the other activities:
