Women in Global Leadership featuring Ambassador Dr. Thelma Phillip-Browne

Recently the Ambassador of St. Kitts and Nevis in Washington, DC Embassy, Her Excellency, Dr. Thelma Phillip-Browne was featured in a U.S. based webinar series called “A Seat at the Table – Women in Global Leadership”.

 

 

This is a new monthly four-part series in recognition of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month by the World Trade Center in Washington, DC (WTCDC) and the World Trade Center Dublin(WTCD) that focuses on Women’s leadership roles in diplomacy, international business, trade, culture, and the arts.

Ambassador Dr. Thelma Phillip-Browne.

 

According to foreign.gov.kn, Dr. Phillip-Browne served in various medical positions in St. Kitts as a Civil Servant and in 1995 served as Director of Primary Health Care and later Chief Medical Officer of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

 

From 1994 until her recent appointment as Ambassador to the United States of America, she also practiced Dermatology in a private capacity.
