Young people on the island of Nevis are continually being encouraged to pursue homeownership through the subsidized home projects available through the Nevis Housing and Land Development Corporation (NHLDC).
With plans already announced to build additional homes during the year, youth, particularly those in need of financial assistance are being told to take advantage of the opportunity to make such an investment in their future.
However, persons are also being encouraged to follow the procedure put in place by the corporation to access all subsidies available and avoid all extra costs. Advising the public was Minister of Land and Housing, Hon. Eric Evelyn:
