As Mental Health Awareness month continues in May, UNICEF Eastern Caribbean along with the “Let’s Unpack It Organization” are inviting youth in the Caribbean to apply to become National Mental Health Focal Points.
According to a release by UNICEF Eastern Caribbean, the initiative is seeking local leaders wishing to promote Mental Health, take action and preserve and prioritize the mental health of youth.
Benefits of the programme will include: the opportunity to represent St. Kitts and Nevis, being able to attend regional and international symposia, various trainings along with collaboration with other youth advocates in the Caribbean.
Persons wishing to apply can visit bit.ly/luifocalpoints. The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, May 31st, 2023
