Zhane Warner & Sadonis Jarvis convicted & sentenced for 2023 robbery

Zhane Warner and Sadonis Jarvis, both of Sandy Point, St. Kitts, have been sentenced for the offence of Robbery, in connection with an incident which occurred almost three years ago.

 

Having both been found guilty of the offence on September 2nd 2026, at the High Court in Basseterre, presided over by His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson Jr., Ms. Warner received a sentence of two (2) years imprisonment, suspended for three years; and a number of additional conditions set by the Court.

 

These include the payment of a monthly fine of seven hundred and fifty dollars (XCD $750), for a period of thirty-six (36) months and beginning on October 2nd, 2026. Any breach of the conditions imposed will result in Ms. Warner being brought back to court.

 

However, Mr. Jarvis was sentenced to serve four (4) years in His Majesty’s Prison and ordered to pay five thousand dollars (XCD $5,000) in compensation to the victim within twelve (12) months of his release.

 

The robbery took place on November 3rd 2023, in Belle Vue, St. Kitts.
