The returning nationals have returned in the context of COVID-19.

Even though the nationals are permitted to return, they are placed in quarantine for a period of 14 days and then on day #14, they are tested for COVID-19.

Thus far, SKN has recorded 17 confirmed cases of the Coronavirus: all 17 have recovered and zero deaths.
