Nevis to observe UN’s “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence” with Awareness activities

For 16 days, the Nevis Department of Gender Affairs will draw attention to gender-based violence, when it joins in the observance of the United Nation’s (UN) “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence”.

The 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is an international campaign to challenge violence against women and girls.

The campaign runs every year from November 25^th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women to December 10^th Human Rights Day.
