Dual pricing has been a longstanding issue here in St. Kitts & Nevis. 

Dual pricing is the sale of the same product at different prices to different markets.

In essence, for example: if an individual goes to a supermarket, sees the price of an item for $7.00 but at the cash register, the cashier provides another price which is higher than $7.00.
