The annual Cervical Cancer Screening Exercise (which includes free Pap Smear Screening), organized by the Community Nursing Services on Nevis, will be held on Saturday, 29th January, 2022 at all Health Centers across the island, from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon.
This also comes in light of January being observed as Cervical Cancer Awareness Month.
The observance serves as a chance to raise awareness about how women can protect themselves from Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) and Cervical Cancer.
