The St. Kitts and Nevis Department of Labour has issued an immediate release to the general public indicating the usage of a fake account.

It states that the department has become aware of an email account that is not attached to the department is being used to advance misleading information to persons in the community.

The release further stated that the “Department of Labour strongly condemns such fraudulent actions and their communications team has alerted the service provider, as well as the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force to identify and bring the perpetrator(s) to justice”.
