One Bill that will be introduced in the National Assembly at a Sitting on November 4th, is the Domestic Violence (Amendment) Bill, 2022. This also comes following recent Domestic Violence incidents in both St. Kitts & Nevis.
The aim of the Bill is to make urgent changes to protect victims and provide them with swift access to justice.
