Minister of Education, Youth, Sports et.al, Hon. Troy Liburd was host of this week’s edition of the ‘On the Mark’ program. During the program, Mr. Liburd addressed the state of the Nevis Athletic Stadium (alias Mondo Track) on Wednesday night.

In giving a general synopsis of the recently concluded Inter Primary Schools Championship, Minister Liburd briefly addressed this question “When can the public expect the completion of the facility and most specifically a stadium”?
