During Wednesday’s edition of the “On the Mark” Programme, representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture (Nevis) spoke on the increase in the local production of produce.

This came as the island and the rest of the globe celebrated World Food Day on Monday, October 16th, 2023. During the programme Director of the Department of Agriculture, Mr. Randy Elliot spoke on the welcomed increase in food production on the island and what it means for the present and future status of food security.
