“Integration of Magistracy in ecosystem of ECSC” goal for 2024 says Hon Wilkin
The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court marked the commencement of the New Law Year with its traditional ceremonial proceedings.
This year, the host Member State was Grenada, where the first scheduled sitting for the Court of Appeal for 2024 occurred, while other member states held church services to herald in the year.
The proceeding in Grenada was attended by Chief Justice Her Ladyship Dame Janice Pereira and a number of other distinguished speakers including Representative of Ministers of Justice and Legal Affairs in the Eastern Caribbean and Representative for St. Kitts and Nevis, Hon. Garth Wilkin.
