Commissioner of Police, Mr. James Sutton, speaking during a press conference held by the Ministry of National Security on Friday April 19th.
His comments were in response to a question from a journalist about the Police Force’s measures to rid the streets of illegal firearms.
The press conference came on the heels of a spike in murders in SKN. Three murders occurred between Monday April 15th and Thursday April 18th, in the Newtown area, St. Kitts. What other measures the police, and by extension, authorities, are carrying out to stem the flow of illegal guns?
