Former educator, guidance counsellor and now author of “It Matters life skills handbook”, Ms. Elzeva L. Cuffy, while visiting Nevis, spoke with the VONNEWSLINE about the aim of her book.

Ms. Cuffy donated copies of the book to the Department of Education-Nevis. In 2023, a similar donation was made to the Ministry of Education-St. Kitts.
