As the public discourse surrounding the proposed Destiny Project on the Southern coast of Nevis and the Special Sustainability Zone Bill (SSZ) continue, there has been much speculation about penalties and consequences.
Rumours have circulated concerning if the Nevis Island Administration (NIA) cancels the project, the NIA will have to pay US $23 billion to the developers. Nevis’ Premier and Minister of Foreign Investments, is Mark Brantley.
